dwellSDA was founded with a clear purpose - to transform the way Specialist Disability Accomodation is designed and delivered across Australia. With over 25 years of combined experience in construction, architecture and disability services, our founders saw firsthand the gap between what participants deserved and what was available.

Too often SDA housing felt institutional - built to meet the minimum standards rather than  to inspire independence and dignity. We set out to to change that by combining modular construction technology with human-centred design, creating homes that are as beautiful as functional.

As NDIS registered provider, we work closely with participants, support coordinators and plan managers to ensure every home is tailored to the individual. from High Physical Support to Fully Accessible design categories,
our builds meet the strictest SDA standards - without compromising on style or comfort.
